چکیده
Abstract The Water Alternating Gas (WAG) process is a cyclic of injecting alternating water followed by gas. main purpose WAG injection to improve both macroscopic and microscopic sweep efficiency, maintaining nearly initial high pressure, slow down the gas breakthrough reduced oil viscosity. also decreases residual saturation resulted from flow three phases effects associated with relative permeability hysteresis. study area in Cornea Field located Browse Basin, Western Australia. This conducted because there no investigation on feasibility this field. In study, two-phase bounding imbibition drainage model (Stone 1 Stone 2) along hysteresis (Land, Carlson or Killough) were used. From result, correlation shows more was recovered. Therefore, it feasible be used compared other models. sensitivity analysis, that highest recovered at ratio 1:1. Since miscible reservoir, 1:1 efficient insensitive trapping. Also, production increased shortest cycle time 180 days due minimum miscibility pressure reached. addition, best inject as first phase injected into reservoir CO $$_{2}$$ 2 has mobility while can result early reservoir.

Critical Parameters Affecting Water Alternating Gas (WAG) Injection in an Iranian Fractured Reservoir
Microscopic oil displacement of water flooding and sweep efficiency of continuous gas injection could be improved by water alternating gas (WAG) injection. The WAG injection process aims to squeeze more oil out of the reservoirs; in this method, water and gas are alternatively injected into the reservoir. Also, availability of hydrocarbon or CO2 gases in the field makes it attractive for gas-ba...
متن کاملAn Experimental Investigation of Different Formation Waters and Injection Water Incompatibility to Obtain the Optimum Water Mixing Ratio in Injection Processes
Scale formation and well plugging due to the incompatibility of injected waters is a critical field problem in oil recovery. A water injection process was successfully performed when the identification of the source of water, water quality considerations, and laboratory compatibility tests were considered. When different waters are mixed, it is necessary to evaluate their compatibility prior to...

abstract: mineral scaling in oil and gas production equipment is one of the most important problem that occurs while water injection and it has been recognized to be a major operational problem. the incompatibility between injected and formation waters may result in inorganic scale precipitation in the equipment and reservoir and then reduction of oil production rate and water injection rate. ...
from linguistics to literature: a linguistic approach to the study of linguistic deviations in the turkish divan of shahriar
chapter i provides an overview of structural linguistics and touches upon the saussurean dichotomies with the final goal of exploring their relevance to the stylistic studies of literature. to provide evidence for the singificance of the study, chapter ii deals with the controversial issue of linguistics and literature, and presents opposing views which, at the same time, have been central to t...

Many real time processes have complex, uncertain and nonlinear dynamics. Boilers are nonlinear, time varying, multi-input multi-output (MIMO) systems, whose states generally vary with operating conditions. The major problem in controlling that system is that its drum water pressure and steam flow dynamics include an integrator that results a critically stable behavior. Conventional controller p...
